Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and process equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life;
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and related electrical systems to restore equipment to proper operation;
Perform emergency troubleshooting and repairs when equipment breakdowns occur to quickly resume production;
Work with chillers, boilers, and other critical utilities, including start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities;
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to determine the required maintenance and service tasks
