Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and process equipment to minimize downtime;
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and related electrical systems to restore equipment to proper operation;
Perform emergency troubleshooting and repairs when equipment breakdowns occur to quickly resume production;
Work with chillers, boilers, and other critical utilities, including start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities;
Replace or repair defective parts using appropriate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure reliable equipment performance
