- ③ 检查库存管理流程，确保仓库管理系统（WMS）数据准确，减少库存误差
- ① 领导和培训仓库团队成员，提高团队整体技能和绩效
- ② 制定工作计划并分配任务，确保团队成员高效完成工作
- ③ 提供绩效反馈，识别优秀员工并改进低绩效人员的表现
- ④ 确保团队遵守安全规程，减少事故和操作错误
- ① 检查货物质量，确保符合公司质量标准和客户需求
- ② 执行和监督安全规定，确保团队成员在安全环境下作业
- ③ 报告并解决运营问题，包括设备故障、库存错误和物流延误
- 1.大专及以上学历；
- 2.至少2年仓库运营经验，具备团队管理经验者优先
- 3.能够操作仓库设备（如叉车、托盘搬运车）者优先
- 4.掌握基本的计算机技能，能够使用库存管理和运输软件
- 5.熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PPT）进行数据管理和报告
- 6.具备较强的组织和时间管理能力，能够有效管理任务和优先级；优秀的沟通能力，能够与团队成员、上级和跨部门协作；具备解决问题和决策能力，能够快速应对仓库运营中的挑战
