Falkland House School Perth is seeking a Waking Night Care Worker to provide overnight support for young people with autism and complex needs. You will help maintain a calm, therapeutic, safe environment and respond to individual needs during the night.
The role requires resilience, reliability and the ability to stay awake through night shifts Sunday to Thursday. It offers permanent, full-time hours with 50 hours per week and ongoing development opportunities within Options Autism.
