We are currently seeking a warm, welcoming and confident Host to join our Birnam restaurant team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £34,339 / per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,039, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

• Overseeing our seating chart and waiting list with confidence and precision, communicating seamlessly with your Birnam colleagues to deliver a smooth and effortless service
• Taking immense pride in every task you complete, playing an essential role within the Birnam team to ensure each service is flawlessly prepared and beautifully executed
• Responding to guest enquiries with care, empathy and professionalism, always seeking the most positive outcome and leaving a lasting impression
• Playing a key part in upholding the highest standards of presentation and preparation across the restaurant, maintaining an atmosphere of understated elegance throughout each service
• Contributing to the seamless flow of the operation, supporting your team to ensure every service runs effortlessly and exceeds expectations.
• Possessing an excellent knowledge of our estate, confidently sharing insights about our restaurants, bars and experiences to enhance our guests’ stay
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• Experience with in a luxury hospitality environment would be an advantage, though above all, it’s your positive attitude, professionalism and passion for exceptional service that truly matter.
• You approach every guest interaction with fresh energy and care, understanding that while you may have answered a question many times, for each guest it’s their first
• Flexibility is second nature to you, and you’re comfortable working across both lunch and dinner service throughout the week and weekends
