As Head Bartender at Fonab Castle, you will manage both bars, overseeing daily operations to ensure excellence in service and standards. You’ll lead, train, and motivate the bar and floor team, fostering an environment that elevates skills and delivers outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing cash-ups, stock control, and ensuring seamless service throughout shifts. You ll create extraordinary guest experiences by crafting innovative cocktails and leading whisky, gin, and wine tastings.

Collaborating with management, you’ll develop strategies to increase revenue and enhance the bar’s reputation. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, a passion for mixology and spirits, and a strong commitment to exceptional service. A relevant bar qualification is preferred, but a passion for the role is what matters most. Availability for late-night shifts is essential.
