Housekeeping Supervisor, Glenmor

We are currently seeking an experienced, professional and meticulous Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Glenmor.

Glenmor is the seasonal ownership within Gleneagles and the team deliver a 5-star service to our owners on all aspects of their stay. We have 53 luxury homes and our owners return to us year after year to experience all that our Glorious Playground has to offer. We also welcome a number of rental guests spending time with us often becoming return guests and Glenmor owners themselves.

The on target earning potential for this role is £29,122 / per annum based on a 30 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £25,272, plus a qualified estimate of £3,850 in gratuities and service charge.

The shift pattern for this role is working 4 days from 7 each week, to include our change over days of Monday, Friday and Saturday.

Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).

• Maintaining the highest standard of servicing of our Glenmor homes, The Tryst café and our Sales office, ensuring the complete comfort and safety of our guests and colleagues at all times
• Providing the highest standards of introduction and training for all Housekeeping Assistants and the Glenmor Maintenance team; coaching and supporting their personal and professional development
• Actively promoting the importance of following correct procedures on the use of equipment, handling of recycling and waste, playing a key part in achieving our budgetary targets
• Ensuring the stock levels of our key cleaning materials and products are always accurate and your team has everything they need to fulfil their role
• Continually checking on the quality and maintenance in all areas, managing feedback and making sure any repairs are swiftly reported and always following up personally
• Managing all lost property logging and storage across our homes
• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager and Supervisors in motivating and engaging a strong team of committed Housekeeping Assistants and Glenmor Maintenance team
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• You’re already established in a similar role, with an outstanding record of achievement
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you’re passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you’re well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
