Evening Housekeeping Attendant

We are currently seeking a conscientious, professional and diligent Evening Housekeeping Attendant to join our Accommodation Services team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £16.02 / hour – comprising a base rate of £13.52, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 in gratuities and service charge.

The shift pattern for this role is 5.30pm to 9.30pm, working 5 days from 7 each week.

Location;
Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).

• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation
• Servicing our guest bedrooms; making beds professionally following our procedures; servicing bathrooms by washing and emptying bins; wash all surfaces and floors; clean shower, bath, basin, bidet, and toilet to the best quality standard
• Vacuuming bathrooms, bedrooms floors, corridors, stairs, and lifts to remove all debris
• Providing turndown service to our guests, as required
• Meeting with our guests’ questions confidently and professionally, playing a key part in ensuring they have a wonderful experience
• Ensuring all service areas are well stocked with necessary products, making sure these are always clean and tidy for the next day
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly via our property management system; always seeing the task through to successful completion
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a similar role, we’ll provide you though with full training; you’ll also be able to work a flexible schedule
• Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards are all second nature to you
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you’re passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you’re well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
