Banqueting Head Chef
Location:
Crieff
Annual Salary: £42,000

- Lead the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality, consistent food across restaurants, cafés, and events.
- Oversee day‑to‑day running of the production and banqueting kitchen, ensuring smooth operations, high standards, and efficient service delivery.
- Manage kitchen staff and scheduling.
- Coordinate with event teams for private dinners, formal banquets, and large‑scale functions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
This is a full‑time role (45 hours per week) that includes daytime events, providing a good shift balance.
