Reservations Executive

We are currently seeking a warm, engaging and responsive Reservations Executive to join our Gleneagles Reservations team.

The aim of our Gleneagles Reservations team is to convert all potential business into guaranteed bookings whilst providing outstanding customer service. You’ll play a crucial part in making sure all of our guests arrive happy and well informed about our incredible estate; ensuring we consistently exceed the expectations of every guest.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,542 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £28,542 , plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.

Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).

• Engaging directly with guest enquiries, you’ll respond warmly and professionally to calls and emails, delivering impeccable service at every touchpoint. With an unwavering focus on quality, you’ll also conduct regular correspondence checks to uphold our exceptional standards
• You’ll ensure all Forbes and Leading Quality Assurance standards, including telephone etiquette, reservation accuracy, and brand language, are consistently met with precision and elegance
• A key contributor to the team’s sales performance, you’ll actively support revenue goals by confidently upselling our stunning bedrooms, acclaimed restaurants, and incredible array of memorable experiences
• Through expert use of our Property Management Systems, you’ll maximise efficiency and maintain flawless attention to detail in every interaction
• Collaborating seamlessly with colleagues across the estate, you’ll help foster exceptional teamwork and communication, ensuring a smooth, elevated experience for every guest
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• You bring exceptional experience from the world of luxury hospitality, with a background in Reservations, Sales, Front of House, or Revenue Management.
• Fully flexible across seven days, including evenings and weekends, you’re confident, warm, and naturally enthusiastic, thriving in a fast pace environment where adaptability is key
• Navigating multiple systems with ease, you’re a skilled multi-tasker who remains composed and efficient under pressure
• Utterly dependable, you consistently take pride in delivering work of the highest standard
• With outstanding organisational skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and an instinctive ability to prioritise, you ensure nothing is ever overlooked.
