JD Wetherspoon is seeking a Shift Manager for The Capital Asset, Perth. You will support the pub manager and, during shifts, take responsibility for the pub’s operation, motivate the team and ensure excellent service across front of house, kitchen and cash handling.
We offer a 40-hour week, a starting salary of £29,013, 28 days paid holiday, a bonus scheme up to 25% of salary, complimentary meals and drinks, 20% off duty discounts, a pension, shares after 18 months and clear career progression.
