We are recruiting experienced Relief Waiting Staff to support a luxury country house hotel in Pitlochry, delivering professional food and beverage service during busy periods for short term placements or adhoc work.
This is an excellent opportunity for confident waiting staff who enjoy working in high-quality hospitality environments. Previous waiting experience is essential, with fine dining or luxury hotel experience preferred.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing attentive and professional table service

Taking orders and serving food and drinks

Preparing the restaurant before service

Clearing and resetting tables efficiently

Maintaining high presentation and service standards

Supporting the wider food and beverage team during busy periods

What we're looking for:

Previous waiting or restaurant service experience

Fine dining experience is highly desirable

A polished, friendly and professional approach

Confidence working within a busy hotel environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliability and flexibility around changing shift requirements

As demand can change, applicants living in Pitlochry or within an easily commutable distance will be preferred. You must be able to travel reliably to the hotel for all agreed shifts.
