About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our existing professional and friendly Reception team here at Stobo Castle Health Spa, Scotland’s only destination spa.
ResponsibilitiesWelcoming guests on arrival, attending to their needs throughout their stay, invoicing & collecting payments, banking and telephone enquiries.
QualificationsGood communication and people skills, an excellent telephone manner, computer literate, and able to work to a high degree of accuracy.
Flexibility to cover holidays would also be beneficial.
