We are currently seeking a knowledgeable, thoughtful and passionate Supervisor to join our In Room Dining team.
The on target earning potential for this role is £36,631 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £28,331, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).
- Working with the Manager on duty, or taking lead yourself in running the shift in their absence, you’ll be creating memorable moments through organising and setting up hotel amenities and third-party gifts for guests arriving into their room; there's lots of multitasking involved!
- Supporting the training of new team members and the ongoing development of the team will be a key focus for you
- Leading by example, you'll ensure strong communication within the team and across all areas within the business, for example housekeeping, guest experience and reception; you’ll be instrumental in driving high standards throughout the delivery of all of our In Room service
- Coordinating and serving wonderful food and drinks to our guests in their rooms.
- You’ll also provide picnic services for our guests to enjoy a luxury experience across the estate or whilst they're enjoying the country pursuits available within our Glorious Playground
- You’ll be mindful of others and fully in control of the day to day running of the department and spot any opportunities to further improve effectiveness
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
we're looking for:
- You’ll ideally have previous experience in a supervisor position within a luxury hospitality environment, however having a great attitude is essential
- Your perspective and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, to your guest it’s the first time
- An early bird some days and a night owl other, working flexibly during the week and weekends
- Having a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation
- You want to be the best and work with the best – learning from the experts in our team and sharing your knowledge with us
- You have a high level of resilience and the ability to deal with fast-paced environments is essential
