We are currently seeking a proactive, adaptable and self-motivated Kitchen Porter
to join our Food and Beverage Support Services team.
The on target earning potential for this role is £15.27 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £12.77, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.

Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).
- Supporting our chefs, and their brigades, you’ll ensure all cleaning routines are completed throughout the kitchens on a daily basis; our standards are sky high and our cleaning schedules are tight
- You’ll be responsible for making sure all crockery, cutlery and glassware are cleaned to the highest standards before reaching our guests, you’ll have an eagle eye for detail and understand the part you play in making sure every element of our service is 5 star
- Storing all equipment; crockery, glassware, cutlery in each outlet accurately and safely; making sure that the highest standards are maintained in all storage areas and we can find what we need, when we need it
- Ensuring the safe removal, segregation and storage of all recycling materials
- Building strong working relationships with our teams across the estate, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making sure our service is perfect in every way
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
- Ideally, you already have a good general knowledge of kitchens within hospitality and back of house operations and you’re also experienced in food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
- Used to work in fast paced settings, you work well under pressure and thrive on challenge
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
