We are currently seeking a warm, attentive and guest focused S
pa Assistant to join our Spa team.
The on target earning potential for this role is £30,903 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £25,903, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.

You’ll work across a variety of shifts across 5 days a week, with the earliest start time of 7am and latest finish 8pm. Working over a 3 week rolling rota with 1 weekend off in 3.

Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).
- Keeping all spa spaces pristine, consistently cleaned, refreshed, and presented to the highest standards
- Replenishing treatment rooms and relaxation areas with fresh linen, and ensuring laundry is collected and processed with supreme efficiency
- Maintaining a well-organised stock of guest amenities, making sure everything is available and beautifully presented at all times
- Overseeing the upkeep and cleanliness of our pool areas, including daily cleaning and plant equipment checks, ensuring all Health & Safety standards are fully met
- Supporting our Spa Reception team when needed, always focused on creating an outstanding guest experience
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
- While previous experience in a guest-facing or housekeeping role is helpful, it’s not essential, we'll provide full training
- You have an exceptional eye for detail, take pride in your work, and genuinely enjoy creating spotless, welcoming spaces for others to enjoy
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
