The Black Watch Castle and Museum is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our Bistro and Events team as an Assistant Manager. You will help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Bistro and support the delivery of corporate events.
Working alongside the Bistro and Events Manager, you will lead and support the Food & Beverage team, maintain high standards of customer service, assist with staff training and development, and help ensure the Bistro and events spaces operate
