Festive Waiter

We are seeking a dedicated festive team who share our commitment to excellence and love for creating unforgettable guest experiences, to join us for a two-week period.

The festive season awakens something truly magical s year, our enchanting Scottish folklore narrative unfolds as the hotel transforms into a mystical forest, welcoming families, and cherished guests to The Glorious Playground for an indulgent and unforgettable escape.

As we proudly celebrate a new century at Gleneagles, we continue creating magic for our guests, honouring our reputation as one of the world's most distinguished hotels, where timeless Scottish hospitality meets contemporary elegance.

The on target earning potential for this role is £16.94 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £12.84, plus a qualified estimate of £4.10 per hour in gratuities and service charge.

Location;
Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).

Festive package details;

• We'll need you to be fully available from Monday 21st December, to Monday 4th January inclusive
• You’ll have eleven days of work, this includes one day of service excellence training

You’ll also receive;

No prior experience is required. For the majority of roles, we’re looking for candidates aged over 18, however there are a few exceptions.

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge (an additional charge added to our room rates and services across the hotel that is passed directly to our employees) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role
• It is estimated that in 2026, our part-time employees can expect to receive around £2.50 in addition to their hourly rate
