Vehicle Mechanic

This full‑time, on‑site Vehicle Mechanic role is based in Auchterarder. Responsibilities include performing regular maintenance and repair work on ATVs and heavy equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring all vehicles meet the highest safety and performance standards. The mechanic will also contribute to maintaining an efficient and well‑organized workshop, sometimes providing guidance to junior team members.

• Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues effectively
• Experience with Heavy Equipment repair and operation (desirable but not essential)
• Supervisory skills to lead or assist junior team members
• Familiarity with CFMOTO, Kawasaki, and Argo vehicle systems is a plus
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in vehicle mechanics are advantageous
