CBRE is seeking an Electrical Technician to support the Technical Supervisor and Area Operations Manager with reactive and planned maintenance across sites in Scotland. You will maintain LV electrical distribution, perform PPMs, and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to project handovers and handover snagging.
The role involves fault finding on LV/low voltage systems, calibration of test gear, and coordinating with CSC/AFM for planned and reactive work.
