The Financial Services Admin position involves reviewing, analyzing, and managing various types of garnishments while communicating with government agencies, branch staff, and associates.
Responsibilities- Administer garnishments: enter information into payroll system, complete response forms, upload documentation
- Coordinate garnishment refunds to associates
- Manage and respond to inquiries from associates, branches, government agencies
- Monitor Replication & Positive Pay to verify replication across all offices throughout the day
- Clear direct deposit checks in the morning and throughout the day as offices replicate
- Process direct deposit bank notifications
- Process garnishment terminations
- Reconcile garnishment reports bi-monthly and submit to Accounts Payable for payment
- Check PNC and Wells Fargo Fraud Manager for Positive Pay exceptions, make decisions, and complete Positive Pay log
- Handle requests for returned and replacement checks
- Update e-IWO State territory agencies regarding issues or incorrect orders
- Perform other duties as needed

- Effective communicator both orally and in writing
- Associate’s Degree or minimum two years equivalent training or work experience
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
- Customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to reason logically, consider diverse perspectives, make sound decisions, and interact effectively with others
- Ability to occasionally lift, move, or carry up to 10 pounds
- Comfortable working in an office environment with prolonged sitting or standing
- Ability to navigate various departments and locations across the company
- Proficient with technology including data entry
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
