POSITION SUMMARYTeh Sales Administration / Sales Support Specialist will provide specialized administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring accurate execution of commercial processes, documentation control, and cross‑functional coordination. This role operates with semi‑senior autonomy and directly contributes to sales effectiveness and operational excellence, without direct sales quota responsibility.
WHAT YOU WILL DOKey Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and consolidate data from commercial systems, CRM, ERP, financial, and market sources.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial performance, sales, profitability, and market share.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of pricing, discounts, and commercial campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities, commercial risks, and deviations from budgets and strategic plans.
- Support commercial planning, sales forecasting, and demand analysis.
- Develop analytical models and scenarios to support strategic decision‑making (pricing, product mix, customer segmentation, territorial expansion).
- Present findings clearly and effectively to commercial management and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align information and analysis criteria.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the information used.
- Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, commercial back‑office, or sales support roles, preferably within heavy equipment, industrial, automotive, or B2B environments.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Practical knowledge of billing, commercial contracts, logistics, and import processes. ( preferably)
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading and documentation).
- Strong process, control, and organizational orientation.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in fast‑paced sales environments.
- Clear and effective communication with sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
- Strong business support mindset, not a direct sales role.
