The Associate Media Account manager actively participates in supporting a wide range of operational and billing processes for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.
MBOX data pulling, MBOX Weekly reports, Mbox vs Prisma report. Support billing and financial processes such as:
Billing Status, Delivery Confirmations (D/Cs), Client Invoice Creation & Draft Billing Report Lead Open Items report:
Open Items & Billing report. Support Budget Reports, Retainer tracking, Budget recon, Monthly Budget Tracker Client Weekly Reports Support the creation of Competitive reports:
Brand Score Card, Weekly Report, Brand Model (Abby Report), Holiday Competitive tracker. Participate on Media Tools flowchart revision:
Excel workbooks for performance, Paid Media Flowchart
