Client Ops Analyst

, is looking for a Client Operations Analyst to support the financial and operational execution of media campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth delivery across global accounts.

• Work directly with agencies in the US or Europe.
• Support budget tracking, billing, and financial processes for media campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy in invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Work closely with Buying, Planning, and Client teams.
• Monitor campaign delivery from an operational and financial perspective.
• Handle large datasets and maintain high data accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and proactively solve issues.

• 1+ year of experience in finance, operations, or similar roles.
• Background or interest in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Upper Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+ / C1).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
