Je werkt in Lima met mogelijkheden voor reizen naar andere steden en draagt bij aan leiderschap en diaconaat. Ook is er ruimte voor advies buiten Peru. Vereisten zijn onder andere een theologische achtergrond en ervaring in kerkplanting.
