ICPNA busca un/a Ejecutivo/a de Telemarketing Retención para gestionar leads y contactos desde CRM y Genesys. Deberás atender consultas, enviar información de servicios y realizar seguimientos para fidelizar a los alumnos.
Se solicita al menos 2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente o retención, con conocimiento de CRM y plataformas multicanal. Trabajo presencial en Miraflores, Lima, con horario laboral de lunes a sábado.
