Position Overview Position Responsibilities
- Ensure high technical quality of audio recordings and edits.
- Organize and manage project files and session data.
- Collaborate with dubbing directors and mixing engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during sessions.
- Follow daily priorities and instructions from the Head of Department.
- Support remote recording sessions using tools such as Source-Connect, Session
LinkPRO, or ZOOM. - Perform post-editing quality control (QC), including lip-sync accuracy, noise checks, and take validation.
- Document technical issues and recurring problems and propose improvements.
- Validate adapted scripts from a technical perspective.
- Manage backups and ensure data security protocols are followed for sensitive audio files.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new tools, plugins, and industry best practices.
- Advanced skills in audio equipment’s, software, tools, and DAWs involved in the audio postproduction process (Protools preferred)
- Proficiency in audio recording, editing and mixing skills are a plus.
- Music, sound design and creative skills are a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure of a deadline.
- Ability to adapt new environments, software and technical advances.
- Communication skills across all levels (verbal, written).
- Be able of applying deep critical thinking to solve difficult problems.
- Ability to adapt to different client preferences and project needs.
- Knowledge of different types of audio and video formats.
