Empresa líder en el rubro automotriz, de logística y transporte, está buscando reclutar 1 profesional de Call Center para sus operaciones en la ciudad de Chiclayo.
Requisitos- Egresado de administración, informática, comunicaciones o carreras afines.
- Experiencia en atención al cliente.
- Experiencia en call center.
- Educación mínima: Técnico.
- Conocimientos:
Microsoft Excel.
- Práctica de valores como responsabilidad, honestidad y puntualidad.
- Proactivo y dinámico.
- Manejo de relaciones interpersonales.
- Manejo de Office a nivel intermedio; deseable Excel a nivel intermedio o avanzado.
- Atención al cliente de llamadas de clientes de taller.
- Llamada a base de datos de clientes para revisiones de autos (recalls).
- Agendamiento de nuevos clientes.
- Recaptura de clientes.
- Planificación de citas acorde a la disponibilidad del taller.
- Atención de leads de posventa digital.
- Recepción y atención de reclamos.
Sueldo base de 1,200 + variable (de acuerdo a indicadores, hasta 300).
Planilla régimen general.
