• Spanish - Fully fluent

• Guide new cleaning professionals through the onboarding process.
• Ensure they are fully prepared to use our services and understand all available features.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate cleaning professionals on best practices and resources available to maximize their experience.
• Collaborate with the various teams to relay any feedback, improvements, or common issues identified during onboarding.
• Track cleaning professional's progress.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service and Sales in the Call Center Industry.
• Good to excellent English and Spanish communication in both verbal and written.
• Team player.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
• A professional and courteous disposition.
