Role Summary

Cobb Dental Associates is a boutique luxury dental practice in Atlanta, Georgia, seeking a Front Desk Officer who will serve as the first impression of the practice.

This is a patient-facing, phone-intensive role where communication, professionalism, and executive presence matter more than technical dental experience. The ideal candidate has a warm, energetic personality and delivers a concierge-level customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and confidence.
• Deliver an exceptional first impression on every interaction.
• Support daily front desk and administrative operations.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Warm, energetic, and confident phone presence ("vocal smile").
• Strong verbal fluency with minimal filler words.
• Professional appearance and executive presence.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a premium patient experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Luxury hospitality
• Concierge or guest relations
• Executive reception
• High-end customer service

Dental experience is a plus but not required.
