Position Overview
Location:
Peru – can be based in a city with existing Latin Link members.
Work with the Arrow Peru leadership programme to help develop Jesus‑centered leaders across Peru and beyond. Leaders who are led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus, to lead more to Jesus.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and lead training in person and online for groups of 15–20.
- Translate and adapt training materials.
- Languages:
Spanish – progression to native. - Minimum duration: 2 years.
- In love with Jesus, teachable, patient, curious, passionate to see others grow in leadership, adaptable, experience as a mentor, organized, strategic, experience in Christian leadership development.
