Zelestra está buscando un/a Ingeniero/a de Operación y Mantenimiento para sus plantas fotovoltaicas ubicadas en Arequipa, Perú. El/la candidato/a garantizará la correcta ejecución del plan anual de O&M, buscando máxima disponibilidad, fiabilidad y rendimiento de las plantas, y coordinará con ROC, contratistas y proveedores para optimizar recursos.
Se requiere al menos 5 años de experiencia en O&M de grandes plantas PV, dominio de SCADA y CMMS, y capacidad para analizar incidencias, gestionar
