Position Overview

Theos Audiology is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their team. This position offers:

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics for adult patients.
  • Recommend and fit hearing aids, ensuring a patient-centered and needs-based approach.
  • Provide custom earmold services to meet individual patient requirements. Collaborate with front desk personnel and audiology technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in alignment with audiology best practices.
Requirements
  • Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist in Illinois (or eligible for licensure).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong patient-first mindset.
