OSF Health Care, Peru, IL, seeks a Patient Access Associate to ensure accurate patient records, insurance details, and financial communications. You will greet patients, verify demographics, and explain charges while navigating complex payer environments to support a smooth facility visit.
The role is hourly, 24 hours per week with two 12-hour day shifts (7A–7:30P) and weekend/holiday rotation, including travel up to 25% for training. Excellent customer service is essential.
