What will be your mission? As Head of Bar, you will report directly to the F&B Director and will be responsible for ensuring the planning, coordination and supervision of the bar service, customer service, product advice in order to maximize consumption and will act as an ambassador for the bar and the rest of the hotel's outlets in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.

  • Ensure that guests are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our beverage offerings.
  • Serve the guests in accordance with our standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner.
  • Understand and adhere to the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and Beverage Manual.
  • Ensure that the bar is professionally set up at all times.
  • Make sure to process drink orders quickly and efficiently.
  • Look to you to develop original and exciting beverages using the best of local ingredients and traditions.
What are we looking for?
  • Professional experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of English and preference for another foreign language (fluent in spoken language).
  • High school diploma and/or Professional Course adapted to the role.
  • Knowledge of AHCCP hygiene and safety standards.
  • Computer skills:
    Microsoft Office, Internet and specific applications for the restaurant/hotel sector.
