Responsibilities

The Opportunity

A Frontline Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline positions, ensuring the timely delivery of qualified talent to meet business needs. The role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce demands, execute sourcing strategies, coordinate candidate assessments and interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, the analyst leverages recruitment data and market insights to drive process improvements, optimize hiring outcomes, ensure compliance with company policies, and support workforce planning initiatives across the assigned markets

Your Impact
  • End-to-end recruitment processes for frontline positions, including profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews and hiring.
  • Post external job openings on appropriate recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, previous experience and fit for the role.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and adding value throughout the selection process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Build talent pools to reduce time-to-fill and increase internal client satisfaction.
  • Deliver recruitment processes within established SLAs.
  • Conduct selection processes aligned with diversity guidelines.
  • Seek continuous improvement in processes and promote operational efficiency.
  • Follow company policies and Talent Acquisition procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide consultative support in the recruitment process.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Completed higher education;
  • Previous experience in recruitment working with an ATS for managing recruitment processes;
  • English is desirable, with a willingness to develop language proficiency;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • Ability with Office tools
