, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating successful hires. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional hiring solutions while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This is for the US market!

• Source Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen Candidates: Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and overall qualifications.
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with account managers and sales teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
• Promote Employer Brand: Showcase our culture, values, and opportunities throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all legal requirements and internal hiring policies.
• Manage Data: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and nurture a strong network of candidates for current and future openings.
• Support Candidates: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
• Meet Outreach Goals: Achieve weekly targets related to candidate outreach, calls, emails, and engagement activities.

• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for the U.S. market
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience recruiting blue-collar talent
• Experience recruiting within the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
• Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
