Paid Social Performance Analyst

We are looking for a Social Media Analyst with experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across social platforms. This role is key to driving performance and delivering results aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Tik Tok
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, and analytics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Paid Social campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Tik Tok Ads
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools
• Advanced English (required)
