Senior DevOps

Senior Devops:
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions and scalable build infrastructure supporting secure and automated CI/CD pipelines with an accent on leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices. Focus on operational excellence by implementing monitoring, observability, security best practices, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance deployment reliability and performance.

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable build infrastructure supporting secure and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks using Terraform and Ansible to provision, configure, and maintain reliable environments.
• Design and optimize containerized and orchestrated workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Open Shift across hybrid or on-premises infrastructures.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing monitoring, observability, security best practices, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance deployment reliability and performance.

• 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles within enterprise environments.
• Advanced expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy scripting (experience with ArgoCD is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Open Shift, including cluster management, workload orchestration, scaling strategies, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration across VM-based and hybrid infrastructures.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to collaborate effectively with development, QA, and operations teams.

• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and infrastructure tooling.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, security policies, access control mechanisms, and compliance best practices.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for distributed systems in production environments.
  
  Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues in highly available environments.
