We are looking for an AI Voice Ticket Triage Support Specialist to perform the initial technical review of support cases related to AI voice applications. This role analyzes reported issues, identifies likely root causes, and ensures tickets are accurately documented and routed to the appropriate Product or Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable reviewing AI conversations, system logs, and technical data to produce clear, actionable tickets.
Job requirementsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.
2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Help Desk, or Ticket Triage.
Experience using Jira or similar ticket management platforms.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Ability to interpret technical information such as system logs, API responses, error messages, JSON payloads, and conversation transcripts.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting AI, conversational AI, voice bots, chatbots, or automation platforms.
Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and middleware.
Experience with SaaS products and CRM platforms such as Hub Spot.
