We're looking for an outstanding Dev Ops Engineer to join our team. This role is available across our primary LATAM hub in Peru.

You are an automation-minded engineer who cares about reliability, repeatability, and treating infrastructure as code. You communicate clearly with development teams and stakeholders, and you take pride in building systems that deploy smoothly and stay healthy in production. You are curious about new tools-including AI tools that improve your productivity-and you thrive in a consulting environment where clients and priorities shift.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git Hub Actions.
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
• Containerize and orchestrate applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Automate operational tasks with Python, Bash, Power Shell, and YAML.
• Build monitoring and observability with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Operate and optimize workloads across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Partner with development teams to improve deployment, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and document new and existing infrastructure.

• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Power Shell) and comfort with YAML.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions).
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.

• Experience across more than one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
• Experience with Git Ops workflows.
• Security and compliance automation experience.
• A background in a consulting or client-facing environment.
