Manager Trainee

Job Overview

Our Manager Trainee Position is a paid, full‑time, hands‑on training program designed to develop and prepare you for a career in Menards management. Throughout the program you will work closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and prepare for a future management role.

As you progress through the program, you will gain experience in store operations, customer service, team leadership, and business fundamentals needed to lead a Menards store.
