POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of the CRSS (Crisis Receiving Stabilization Services) nursing staff. It includes immediate supervision of CRSS nursing staff and management and oversight of nursing clinical and operational processes. Responsibilities also include review and evaluation of medication management trainings to ensure a smooth and coordinated pharmacy operation for the Center, with particular focus on MAT treatment and crisis stabilization unit functionality.
As part of the Center’s management team, the role will assist in on‑call responsibilities and decision‑making as required.
The position will work with the Director of Adult Intensive Services, the Chief Clinical Officer, and Medical Leadership to develop policies and procedures that promote the philosophy, goals, and mission related to service areas of responsibility. It will continually establish and strengthen working relationships among staff and key community stakeholders by responding timely and appropriately to any concerns or questions related to nursing services.
