Aldesa, ubicada en Perú, busca un/a Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos para colaborar en el Corredor Vial 41A. Las responsabilidades incluyen el reclutamiento de perfiles operativos, mantenimiento de bases de datos de candidatos y coordinación de entrevistas. Se requiere experiencia mínima de 1 año en selección de personal, preferentemente en construcción.
