- Evaluar constantemente el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento para ajustar las desviaciones detectadas en cuanto a factores humanos, materiales, tiempos, etc.
- Realizar el seguimiento respectivo a la ejecución de los trabajos según el plan de trabajo del día, gestionando y asignando oportunamente los recursos necesarios para la tarea programada
- Liderar la elaboración de plan de mantenimiento (diario, semanal, mensual y/o anual) junto con la previsión de los recursos necesarios para su ejecución
- Brindar el soporte al personal operativo para la correcta ejecución de los trabajos encomendados, basado en su conocimiento y experiencia.
