The Cold Forming Machine Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring cold forming equipment used to manufacture precision metal fasteners and components. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up cold forming equipment.
• Monitor machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with hand tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of machine operating experience in metal fabrication
• Familiarity with blueprints
• Experience with measurement tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
