Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift Peru, IL | $21.50/hr | Hiring Immediately! Advance Services is currently hiring machine operators for a leading manufacturing company in the Peru, IL area! Shift Information: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Available Starting Pay: $21.50/hour Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

• Set up and operate equipment used in the manufacturing of cold-formed products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tool drawings.
• Perform equipment adjustments and assist with troubleshooting.
• Safely load and unload products using a forklift.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently with a team to meet production goals.

• Highly mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and tool drawings.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
