As a Heat Treat Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our precision manufacturing process, ensuring our parts, that are used in critical industries like aerospace, automotive, construction and energy, meet demanding specifications. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-mechanical, high-detailed environment where every part you form makes a difference.
Afew things You’ll Do...
- Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces and ensure parts are exact to specifications requirements.
- Perform machine set ups and tear downs, with the use of tools, and materials for each job run.
- Inspect parts for quality accuracy using precision measuring tools.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Utilize a forklift to move material to and from the workstation.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

- Competitive Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $18.50-$19.10/hour with performance-based raises at 3, 6 & 12 months. - Insurance package:

- Must be 18, or older
- High school diploma, or equivalent required
- At least 1 year in manufacturing is required.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery, climbing and driving forktrucks.
- Strong mathematical skill is a must.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
