Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living, ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and comfort of every resident.
Essential Responsibilities- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Protect resident privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Follow all company policies and state/federal regulations
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Active, unrestricted Illinois CNA certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to perform physical and communication demands of resident care
- Ability to work in a moderate noise environment
