Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Hickory Creek at Peru
Full‑time night shifts and PRN availability. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. You will use your nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of residents, leading to a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Our nurse ratios are some of the best around: first and second shift 14–15 residents to 1 nurse;
third shift 28–30 residents to 1 nurse.
Working at Hickory Creek at Peru offers a sense of coziness and connection that larger facilities often can’t match. The calmer pace offers more time for personal interactions and thoughtful care, where staff members truly get to know each patient – their stories, routines, and preferences.
